Please note, the thickness of my PUL fabrics varies. This does not affect the waterproof properties of the PUL.

Polyurethane Laminate Fabric, short PUL, is a polyester knit (sometimes cotton or poly cotton) fabric, which has been heat laminated on the reverse side. This gives the fabric its waterproof properties whilst remaining lightweight and flexible. Unlike other laminated fabrics (i.e. oil cloth) PUL is soft and easy to work with. It has a slight stretch to it and is machine washable.

Pre-cuts, circa 50cm x 50cm 
Half metre, circa 50cm x fabric width 
Full metre, circa 100cm x fabric width

 

Multiple pre-cuts will be sent as individual pieces. Multiple half meters/full meters will be sent as one continuous piece unless specified otherwise. 

 

Please note that some of my PUL fabrics have a wide selvedge which may not be laminated and may be wider on one side than the other. Lamination doesn't always cover the entire printed area of the fabric and sometimes there is an overhang of laminate. All measurements given refer to the printed and laminated area of the fabric.

If you changed your mind, I am happy to accept returns as long as you send the item back to me. Please make sure you contact me within 14 days of delivery and send the items back within 30 days of delivery. 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless items are faulty. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Goods must be received back in the condition they where received. Fabrics cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into.

When returning goods please keep your proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the post.

Damaged or defect goods may be returned either for a full refund or exchange where possible. All postal costs in returning the defect goods will be refunded. If goods are damaged in the post you must return the packaging that you received it in so we can take it up with our couriers.

About refunds

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive. I do not refund return postage costs on returns (unless the item is faulty). Items that have been returned back to me will be refunded inclusive of the orginal shipping costs only (unless item was faulty).

I will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order once the goods are returned. The postage is only refundable on return of the entire order. If upgraded delivery was arranged, I will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
I will send you a refund in the same way you made payment. Please allow for 2-3 days processing time.

Damaged goods may be returned either for a full refund or exchange where possible. All postal costs in returning the defect goods will be refunded.
